River Rest Stop

After a little break from blogging we are feeling a passion to post once again. We think it is important to listen to your heart and mind when you feel the need to have a break from something. If not you have to force yourself into it. We started this blog out of passion and it will always be because we love doing it. It was never to make us money but to simply share an idea of living a passionate life. So to kick off 2015 we are excited to share the adventures we have been on. These pics are from an afternoon spent on Wilson River, NSW, Australia. We love finding little spots to ourselves, backing up the van and relaxing the afternoon away.

Depot Beach

Depot Beach has to be one of our favourite beaches to wake up at.  As you drive in you can follow the road all the way along, so that the sand is on one side and the forest is on the other. We love to set up our kitchen and cook as we look out onto the ocean. As you walk around and take in all your surroundings you will probably run into a few of the locals who call this beautiful spot home, the kangaroos are super friendly and will let you get pretty close. There are so many little nooks along the South Coast of New South Wales like this, we just love the endless exploring and discovering.

Gloucester Falls

Gloucester Falls flows within the Gloucester Tops area of the Barrington Tops National Park. From Gloucester Falls picnic area there is a walking track, which is 1.5 kilometres long, down to the water. Once the track reaches the first swimming hole you can turn left and follow the stream down. You will pass more swimming holes and waterfalls, we walked passed about 5 before we found one to ourselves and spent a lovely few hours swimming and relaxing. The water is pretty cold, but on this hot summer's day it was a welcomed relief. This spot was an amazing place to spend the day, definitely be back soon.
