Mason Bay in Western Australia is one of the best framping (free camping) finds we have discovered. You can choose from a number of spots, which are nestled amongst trees right on the water. It felt like we were miles away from everything and everyone. With only one other couple camping there we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We set up a cracker of a fire, cooked up some yummy veggie soup and got in a bit of reading, what a peaceful evening. The next morning we explored the coast line, which turned out to be miles of secluded white sand and clear blue water. It was the perfect place for our morning ocean swim, one of the best ways to start the day. Mason Bay is just such a gorgeous spot, we will definitely be back!
