What an amazing sight... Blue Lake, Mount Gambier, South Australia. Blue Lake is a crater formed from an extinct volcano, the crystal clear water is a result of the limestone from which the crater is made. Each year in November the lake changes from steel blue to a brilliant turquoise, then in March it changes back. Definitely worth spending some time around this amazing natural site.
